Subscriptions
Subscription Period
Some or all parts of the Service are available only with a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (daily, weekly, monthly, or annually) depending on the plan You select.
Subscriptions automatically renew under the same conditions unless You cancel or We terminate it.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel Your Subscription through Your account settings or by contacting the Company. Refunds will not be provided for fees already paid, and access will continue until the end of the current subscription period.
Billing
You must provide accurate billing information. If automatic billing fails, We will send an invoice and You must complete payment manually by the deadline indicated.
Fee Changes
The Company may modify Subscription fees at its sole discretion. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period. We will provide reasonable notice before changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new fee.
Refunds
Paid Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Refunds for special circumstances may be considered at Our discretion.
Free Trial
We may offer a Free Trial for a limited period. Billing information may be required to sign up. Charges begin after the Free Trial unless You cancel. We reserve the right to modify or cancel Free Trials at any time.
Promotions
Promotions may have separate rules. If rules conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules apply.
