FONITI is a software product only. It does not provide marketing services, consulting, custom software development, or medical advice.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FONITI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization.

Your use of the platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the billing period.

Fees and Payments
You agree to provide valid payment information. If payment fails, access may be suspended.

Refunds
Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

Pricing Changes
We may update pricing with prior notice. Changes apply at the next billing cycle.

Permitted Use

You agree to use FONITI only for lawful administrative purposes.

You may not:

• Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Misrepresent the AI as a human without disclosure (where required by law)
• Use the system to provide medical advice or clinical decision-making
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform
• Interfere with system security or performance

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Nature of the Product

FONITI is a general-purpose administrative software tool.

• It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• It does not replace licensed healthcare professionals
• It does not act as a healthcare provider

Users are solely responsible for verifying all appointment and communication details.

Data Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring lawful collection and use of patient data
• Obtaining any required consents for communication (calls, SMS, etc.)
• Compliance with applicable regulations in your jurisdiction

PIXCELIT provides software infrastructure only and does not control how users manage their data.

Third-Party Integrations

FONITI may integrate with third-party systems.

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party outages
• Data handling outside our platform
• Changes made by external providers

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in FONITI, including software, design, and branding, remain the property of PIXCELIT.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the platform during your subscription.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell the platform.

Feedback

Any feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the platform at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 3 months
• If no payment was made, liability is limited to $100

We are not liable for:

• Missed calls or scheduling errors
• Loss of data or revenue
• Indirect or consequential damages

Disclaimer

FONITI is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous or error-free operation
• That the platform will meet all requirements

AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Compliance Disclaimer

FONITI is designed to minimize sensitive data handling but may process contact and scheduling information.

We do not guarantee compliance with specific regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA). Users are responsible for ensuring their own compliance obligations.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PIXCELIT operates.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
