If Foniti fails to function as intended due to verified technical issues on our end, and our team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

If you are charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charges or wrong plan), we will investigate and issue a refund if the claim is valid.


3. Non-Refundable Situations
